For a product to be eligible for return and a refund, it must meet the following strict criteria:

1. Original Sealed Package: The product must be returned in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging. This means the manufacturer's seal on the product box must be intact and unbroken. Products that have been opened, used, or have a broken seal are generally not eligible for return under the 30-day money-back guarantee, unless deemed defective upon laboratory testing.

Restocking Fee

Defective Products

Upon receipt of a claimed defective product, it will be sent to a certified laboratory for thorough testing and inspection. If the lab test determines the product is not defective or that the defect was caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair, the product will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued. In such cases, you may also be responsible for the cost of the laboratory testing and return shipping.
