We offer fast, free shipping on every order within the United States — no minimums required.
Please note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Kindly provide a valid street address when placing your order.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
Processing & Delivery Time
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours of confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
- A shipping confirmation email with a USPS tracking number will be sent to you when your order is on the way.
Note: Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or peak shopping periods (e.g., holidays, sales).
Important Shipping Notes
- We only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Some remote areas may have limited delivery service availability.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
- If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, we can not make changes, and the customer will be responsible for any loss or additional charges incurred.
- We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Change of Address
Once your order is shipped and you’ve received a tracking number, we cannot change the shipping address.
If you need to make changes before shipment, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Please first confirm the shipping address on your order.
- Check around your delivery area — all doors, mailboxes, porches, or with neighbors/front desk.
- If your package is still missing 24 hours after delivery confirmation, please contact our Customer Support team. We’ll do our best to assist you.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will help file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly.
